Teams have never moved this fast.

Most of that effort never reaches value.

Seeing the solution is a skill, and very few people have it.

Even then, it takes leadership to lay a trail the whole team can follow.

Only then does the effort reach value.

finding value, laying trails

The best solution is the one you never notice.

Someone has to see it first. We take a problem that arrives messy, find the answer that fits, and lay the trail a team can follow to build it. Logic and creativity in the same head. Singapore, working across Asia.

What we do

Four jobs. One of them is yours today.

A problem that has been solved three times and is still there, or more ideas than people to build them. We sit with your customers, your numbers and your team, then come back with the answer: what to build, what to stop, and why. It is usually smaller than everyone expected.

You get a decision, written down, with the evidence behind it.

We turn the decision into something a team can build: what the product does, how it feels to use, and the order it ships in. Weave, our design practice, carries the experience and the interface.

You get a product definition, a designed experience and a release plan.

We run delivery with your team, with ours, or with agents doing work a team used to do. One plan, one place where the facts live, and a working build in front of you every week. Forge, our engineering practice, does the building.

You get software that runs, and a team that knows why it was built.

Solutioning on tap. A head of product in your meetings two days a week, before you can hire one or between hires, accountable for the roadmap and for the calls nobody else wants to make.

You get someone who owns the hard calls, and makes them.

How we work now

One lead. A few people. A lot of agents.

Building is cheap now. On our recent builds, work that used to need a team of eight ran as parallel agent sessions, each with its own written brief, merged by a person who read every change. That also makes it easier to build the wrong thing quickly, so the scarce skill has moved to the two ends: seeing what the solution is before anyone builds it, and checking what comes back.

DecideA person decides what is worth building.
BriefEvery piece of work starts as a written brief.
BuildAgents and engineers build in parallel.
CheckA person reviews every change before it ships.

Work

Recent work.

Draft for review. Screens are placeholders; clients stay unnamed until we agree what can be said.

Book a conversation

Thirty seconds to start. We reply the same day.

Tell us what you are trying to build, or what you are stuck on. One of us will call or write back, and the first conversation costs nothing.
